Palmer, David Scott Journal Article
0 Rating(s) & 0 Review(s)
Summary/Abstract Though it is well understood that all internal upheaval within a polity is a consequence of agency interacting with structure, the importance of the former has perhaps become too pushed to the rear. This leadership in turn, can make mistakes just as it guides successes.
