Summary/Abstract Order No.54 of the President of the People's Republic of China. The Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, adopted at the Twenty-third Meeting of the Standing Commitee of the Tenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on August 27,2006 is hereby promulgated and shall go into effect as of June 1, 2007.
