Summary/Abstract |
The paper, in its pursuit, goes to study the existing Chinese institutional mechanism to fight corruption in public life. The broad assumptions of the study include the Chinese leadership is abreast with the debilitating aftermath of the malaise, and as evident from the public statements on the issue, there is demonstrable political will to handle the problem and the phenomenon of widespread corruption in China has got a flip because of the CPCs abiding dependence on cadre system in governance which has created overriding space for corrupt practices.
