Summary/Abstract |
This paper examines a major category of military art, supremacy at sea, and the issues of winning and holding the latter in present-day naval combat conditions. When working on the paper, the authors took into consideration the results of research by naval theorists, leaders of the Russian Navy, and also provisions in guiding documents on preparing and conducting combat actions by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
