Speaking to our sister magazine Naval Forces, Vice Admiral Tomasz Mathea, commander of the Polish Navy said that the Polish Government set a minimum effective force target for surface components, logistic support ships, underwater warfare platforms and naval aviation of various classes. This included three new surface components, three submarines and at least three MPAs to be procured as part of the Polish Navy's modernization plan 2030 (MP2030).
