The Arab- Pacific order has come to a critical juncture of third round of rebuilding since world war Ii. in contract with the previous rounds, the current round of rebuilding of regional order has three impressive: the geopolitical and geoeconomic dimension of the Asia-Pacific are expanding unprecedentedly : Asian countries are increasingly playing a central role in the regional order rebuilding: the region's development and security confront a complicated situation where opportunities and challenges are intertwined and mutually transforming.
