A delegation of scholars from the Institute for Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences visited Mongolia on September 17-20, 2015. It took part in scientific discussions and meetings devoted to the beginning of a tripartite academic negotiation group work within the format of Russia-Mongolia-China interaction. The meetings, including the inaugural session and two-day academic conference, took place on the initiative of the Mongolian and Chinese sides, which were in charge of their organization.
