Summary/Abstract

New works give us glimpses into North Korea, yet little of this translates to how the government frames issues or sees the outside world. In particular, we know little about Pyongyang's nuclear ambitions. This paper proposes data mining using automated content analysis-computer software to analyzes text-to track trends in North Korean rhetoric. Using daily news reports from the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) for 2010 provides an empirical basis for making claims on how Pyongyang attempts to frame nuclear issues. This paper suggests that North Korea largely identifies nuclear issues with the United States in contrast to the other parties in the Six Party talks. Furthermore, references to nuclear issues, as well as to Kim Jong Un, are remarkably absent during the two major military actions of 2010 (the Cheonan sinking and the shelling of Yeonpyeong island).

Ladakh, the high altitude desert, normally used to receive lots of snow fall in winter and very less rains in summer. Most of the villages in Ladakh depend on the snow and glaciers melted water for their agricultures and drinking. But the victims shared that it slowly was changing and less snow fall in winter and more rains in summer were being experienced.

ere has been signicant migration in China since the early 1980s and such migration has played an important role in the urban and regional development of China. e relationship between migration and development has been a tricky question as they aect each other. Many migration studies have attempted to identify the impact of social and economic development on migration. is article examines empirically if there is a positive relationship between urban competitiveness and migration. e study focuses on 25 cities in Yangtze River Delta (YRD) and Pearl River Delta (PRD) in 2010. A total of 59 indicators are used to measure urban competitiveness rst using a sustainable development perspective. e relationship between migration and urban competitiveness is analyzed among 25 cities.
