A DELEGATION of Russian senators led by Russian Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko paid an official visit to Laos and China on September 19-23, 2014. The visit came as a logical continuation of Russia's multilevel dialogue with its Asian partners. This dialogue has noticeably picked up in recent years.
