The article proposes solving the issues of innovative development by major high-tech defense-industry research corporations to be based on defense-industrial complex high-tech research enterprises, under unified management, with technology parks built around them that would have various forms of ownership and a flexible form of organization and management. The paper also analyzes current trends in the informatization and intellectualization of economic development in the defense-industrial complex.
