The article analyzes the agrarian potential of the territory of the basin of the Upper and Middle Amur. It examines the specific features of land utilization and the effectiveness of the use of agricultural resources. A concept is offered to create an integrated international agro-industrial zone with Chinese participation and with due account of the transborder factor.
