Summary/Abstract	The authors argue persuasively for close incorporation of army aviation into the Land Forces with the status of an independent arm of the service. They outline the principal tasks to be assumed by the staff of the Land Forces' army aviation commander, and illustrate their arguments with the advantages to be derived from this reorganization.

Summary/Abstract	The authors set out a method for applying an electronic information blockade using functional destruction weapons and systems and radio jamming weapons guiding themselves to radio transmission targets. In the authors' view, their method is an asymmetric response to the network-centric warfare concept.
