Summary/Abstract
The authors set out a method for applying an electronic information blockade using functional destruction weapons and systems and radio jamming weapons guiding themselves to radio transmission targets. In the authors' view, their method is an asymmetric response to the network-centric warfare concept.

Analyzing "command and control fragmentation" as the base method of disorganizing the adversary's command and control, using electronic warfare (EW) forces and weapons as an arm of the service, the authors formulate conceptual provisions of theoretical, systemic and functional nature necessary to determine the operational and tactical requirements for the army's electronic warfare aerial drone systems.
