The rise of emerging powers reminds of "power transition", a concept initiated by Michigan political science professor AFK Organski, it highlighted how new comers challenge established powers, thus sparking off changes of international order. The controversy involved in the concept aside, it is of realistic value of explore new features of power transition and order transformation in the contemporary world.
