Recently, Saab acquired ISD technologies, a developer of simulator simulations such as the Joint Fires Synthetic Training (JFIST) for virtual joint exercises with the various weapons systems used by air, navel and ground forces. This acquisition being a part of Saab's growth strategy in the virtual training area, MILITARY TECHNOLOGY took the opportunity to interview Thomas Lindgren, Marketing Director, Joint Fires, Saab Training and Simulation.
