The paper formulates its conclusions concerning the need to develop and approve a special federal law on the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation proceeding from analysis of legislative instruments in the sphere of defense, security, and state policy, as well as other documents regulating the activity and employment of power structures of the state's military organization.
