To increase India's 'soft power' in the region, India must also take note of the factors that are eroding it and must envisage actionable corrective measures with a long time perspective plan. To conclude, India's 'soft power' strategy in its LEP can go beyond its present role promising great possibilities and rich dividends in the future. But is India ready to act hard on 'soft power'?
