Summary/Abstract while mosses needed ten commandments to keep the Israelites in line, the navy's only ever needed one; "Be in the right place, at the right time, in the right rig". You have to get all of its mind. Moses reckoned he'd had a good day, if the team scored five or even six out of the ten. And an all embracing commandment it is too, for it applies to junior navies.
