Today's conventional warheads deliver maximum lethality against fixed, mobile hardened, and buried targets, new developments in chemical and kinetic energy technologies are increasingly developed by insurgents against the forces massed to stop them; while nuclear warheads remain at the scariest end of this weapons spectrum.
