The authors provide an overview of approaches taken to forecasting of the attainable measure of destruction of enemy forces. The argue for making more specific the methodologies used to forecast the measure of destruction suffered by the enemy. They also make recommendations for steps to follow by drawing on computational models, in planning destruction of enemy forces.
