The paper covers the basic points of the theory and practice of organizing military signal communications. It looks back at the history of the issue, and examines the ways and principles of organizing communication in present-day condition. It also discloses the role of the S.M. Budyonny military academy of the signal corps, and of the department of communications organization in training officers for signal communication troops.
