As we live in the 21st century, international relationship is of great significance. It is so because it includes a great variety of transitional relationships (Palmer Norman D and Perkins Howard C. 2011). It is an agreed fact the relations of states are comprehensible against a context, as the relations of individuals are comprehensible against a context (Bajpai Kanti P. & Harish C. Shukul 1995).
