Summary/Abstract |
The authors develop an approach to the assessment of a damaged warship by drawing on the concept of priorities to be followed to prevent specific types of damage sustained in battle or by accident. They also offer a classification of possible types of damage and retrace their links to the ship's qualities in resisting damage of these types.
