Analyzing "command and control fragmentation" as the base method of disorganizing the adversary's command and control, using electronic warfare (EW) forces and weapons as an arm of the service, the authors formulate conceptual provisions of theoretical, systemic and functional nature necessary to determine the operational and tactical requirements for the army's electronic warfare aerial drone systems.
