At present, the stable level of food security of the PRC can drop at any moment under the impact of a whole number of negative factors, including a shortage of plough land and fresh water, growth of consumption and simultaneously doubts as to the quality of native food products, etc. This gives Russia an opportunity to increase its food export to China, which has not been too great so far.
