This article examines measures to expand the reforms of the financial mechanism of state-run enterprises. It reveals problems and interests of the real sector of the economy and analyzes the development prospects of "modern finances with Chinese characteristics." The author assesses the world trend of modern financial technologies and diversification of derivatives, which are not connected with the direct purchase and sale of material and financial assets.
