Lobel, Jules Journal Article
0 Rating(s) & 0 Review(s)
Summary/Abstract This essay discusses the interface between neuroscience and the law. It underscores the potential for neuroscience to break down the division that currently exists in law between physiological and psychological harm and between physical and mental injury.
