This article deals with an improved method of decomposition of complex phenomena and processes according to selected bases, in which the one-dimensional decomposition base is combined with the matrix method, which makes it possible to expand the multidimensional decomposition. The advantages obtained in this case are analyzed and the technologies of using the improved method are shown using the example of decomposition according to the selected bases of nonlethal weapons.
