The paper looks at methods of solving applied monitoring problems when selecting sites for military facilities, and areas of economic resource activity; it analyzes possibilities of identifying precise altitudes for efficient exploration by the altitude and energy albedo values of X-rays. The authors see as promising a combination of the airship as a carrier of monitoring equipment, a software complex and quadrocopters as a means of supplementary exploration and detection
