The paper looks back at the current methodology for experimental checks of newly created specification projects of stowing and fastening cargo to be transported by rail. It proposes an improved methodology of experimental inspection for these projects involving a special vibration table that simulates spatial fluctuations of the freight car moving along the railroad.
