U.S.S.R. Policy in Connection With Japanese Aggression In Manchuria In 1931 / Khakhalkina, Yelena ; Zhigalov, Boris   Journal Article
Khakhalkina, Yelena Journal Article

Specifically, this was expressed in numerous concessions to Japan, which culminated in the sale of the Chinese Eastern Railroad (CER) for next to nothing and the withdrawal of the U.S.S.R. from Manchuria.
