Climate change have it visibility from Himalayan region toward bay of Bengal or other coastal regions of India, as sea level rise is going to be the most hazardous climate change causes for India .its predictable that very soon we may reach the goal of 4 million climate refuges who will be internally displaced without any legal framework.
