This paper analyses the distinctive features of an automated command and control (C2) system (ACS) at the current stage. It looks at the stages in devising a Uniform Automated Control System for a military district (region) stemming from an evolutionary approach to its creation, given the changes in requirements for troop (force) control automation in a military district.
