This paper examines the advanced technological possibilities of atmospheric optic lines and communication networks. It proposes ways of using laser communication in the existing communication systems of troop/ force groupings and devises a project for an advanced 3D laser system for communication in all spheres of combat actions based on cutting-edge laser technologies in complex electromagnetic conditions.
